Welcome to the Elim Church Leytonstone

At Elim Church Leytonstone we consider ourselves a family;  a diverse multicultural family. We hope to think we are a church that is different because of our family focus, and our dependancy on the Holy Spirit, upon God’s work and Jesus being at the centre of all that we are.

Current Operation

Our Sunday services are currently by live stream on YouTube. Tune in at 11am every Sunday. Timely updates are also available via our Facebook Page.

Jesus calls us to love and serve people, even if meeting a basic level of need such as a cup of water. To be able to fulfil this we have suggested three ways that you can get involved and help to look after people. Please see the bottom of this page.

Current Activities

Buddy System

There are many inside their homes that are alone and in need of social interaction. Where it be a phone call, FaceTime, texting, this can make all the difference to someone’s day, especially the members of our older community.

 

Food Bank

More than ever we are experiencing a strain on our Food Bank service, as supermarkets experience an increased demand. We are continuing our service every Wednesday and Thursday 10am – 12pm, however we need supplies and manpower.

Community Support

Now is a great opportunity to serve your community. We have teamed up with The Wild Goose Bakery to support anyone who is in need. If you are aware of anyone in need of help, whether they need food or anything else, please pass on our details and encourage them to get in touch.
