Excellent rooms & halls at affordable prices

How do I make a booking?
If you desire to book a Wedding or Funeral with us, please go to the Wedding/Funeral page and click to download the booking form. Please complete all sections and return it via email to the email address provided in the form.

If you are simply hiring one of our halls or rooms, complete the Hall Hire Enquiry form found on the Hall Hire page. Click submit and it will be sent to us automatically.

Do allow 3-5 days for a response as volumes are high and staffing is low. Someone will be in touch as soon as possible.

What happens after I have submitted my form
Once your form has been received, a member of the team will review your request and get in touch. If all information has been provided and no further information at that point is needed, a quote or invoice will be sent to you for you to review. All of our bookings require a 50% security deposit in addition to the booking fee to secure your booking. This will be detailed in your quote/invoice.

What is the parking like?
Parking in the area is free on all residential roads on Saturdays and Sundays. If you booking is on a weekday, you will need parking permits. These are provided by Waltham Forest. We can make the order for you, however we will need at least 4 weeks notice including payment to ensure your permits will arrive on time. You will need to inform us of how many cars you will need permits for and how many hours each car needs covering for. At present, permits are £1.50 per hour, however these prices do change, so please ensure to speak to a member of staff for the latest pricing information.

What time can we come in to set up?
You have access from the start time you request on your form to the end time requested. Please ensure to account for set up time and clearance when filling out your form. When bookings overrun you risk losing your deposit.

Can we bring alcohol?
We have a strict no alcohol policy

What is the latest time we can book until

I have paid my deposit. When will I receive it back?
Once the building is checked over and all is well, you will receive an email from us requesting your account details to issue the refund. Funds should be in your account within 3-4 working days from receiving your account details. If for any reason funds have been deducted from your deposit, this will be explained.
